Recapturing the breathless rush of fuzzy jangly lo-fi pop like Shop Assistants, Talulah Gosh and 14 Iced Bears, the band also cite influences from Ramones, Helen Love, Television Personalities, Moldy Peaches, Buzzcocks and Bearsuit. They’re also ex-members of past Sheffield greats including VELODROME 2000, PLOUF! and THE PARALLELOGRAMS.

The record was produced by Alan Smyth, local legend behind Pulp’s ‘Separations’ album, who has also worked with Richard Hawley, The Long Blondes, Arctic Monkeys, 65daysofstatic, Monkey Swallows The Universe and The Lodger.
